All moving parts are riding on a bushing made of ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) plastic for superior wear and durability. UHMW polyethylene outperforms other materials because of its corrosion resistance and high abrasion tolerance, both working in conjunction to effectively extend the life of your equipment. These bushings will also require less maintenance and can make the hoist quieter during operation.

An exclusive boat lift feature we offer is the installation of a safety valve mounted directly into the tank to assure that your boat will always remain high, dry, and secure. To prevent equipment damage when you are away from your boat for an extended period of time, simply close the safety valve for security and peace of mind.

All of our tanks are rotationally molded, which means they are one solid piece straight out of the mold with no seams or welds. Roto-molding distributes an even amount of resin everywhere, even the corners and sides, in order to create an airtight tank that remains stable in open and high traffic water situations.

Another notable boat lift feature is that we carry a lifetime warranty on all of our polyethylene tanks and bushings. Plus, we offer warranties on many of the other products we manufacture, including a five year warranty on our hot-dipped galvanized steel and a three year warranty on all products used to operate an Econo Lift boat hoist, such as the motor, hose, valve, etc.

All of our tanks are 100% virgin plastic with no added dyes, pigments, or chemicals, guaranteeing the durability of your tank for years to come. Many other tanks are reground/recycled which can mean their structure is less stable—but not ours!

All steel used in our boat lifts uses hot dip galvanization to make your boat lift purchase a durable, lasting investment. The hot dip galvanizing process results in a consistent zinc coating that prevents the steel from corroding. Also, the process provides an easy-to-clean surface, assisting in the maintenance and longevity of the entire boat lift.

Front mount boat lifts are a classic choice that have been around for years, and Econo Lift is proud to offer boat hoists in front mounted 4,500 lbs. & 8,000 lbs. models. When attaching to the sides of the boat slip is not possible, this option is available to attach the front of the boat slip to the dock. With the tank located in the back, the backend of the boat will be submerged first into the water when the air is vented out. This makes loading the boat as easy as pulling onto a trailer!

All units come with a ground fault circuit interrupter, or GFCI. As you’re aware, having a boat mixes two potentially dangerous elements: electricity and water. Our boat lifts are made with careful diligence to provide steadfast protection to those in and around your boat at all times, and a GFCI adds a layer of protection to your safety. A GFCI is designed to protect users from electrical shocks, electrocution, burns, and other injuries.

Rough water kits are available for windy or high traffic areas. These are designed to ensure that your dock and boat lift function as a single unit. By attaching bars that help prevent the boat from swaying side-to-side little more than an inch, you can extend the life of your lift and reduce the noise it makes.
